Are using these two supplements ok for my yemen?

hello im new to chameleons and having a hard time understanding about the supplements, im feeding my 3 month veiled boy medium locusts & was dusting them everyday with Vetark Calcium powder (Without D3) but im not sure what else he needs, ive just bought some exo terra multivitamin, so is this it? thanks

You also want to be using a multivitamin once every other week and a calcium with d3 one every other week so what I do is use one of these two every sunday, I used my multivitamin yesterday so I use the d3 next sunday an so on

Welcome to the forums and congrats on your first chameleon. You will need to dust everyday with plain calcium without d3, twice a month with calcium with D3 and once or twice a month with a multi vitamin with vitamin A in it. I'm attaching my blog for new keepers below. I hope you find it useful.

It is yes, use it once every other week like stated and you also want some calcium with d3 for once every other week to, it's important for us Brits to use the d3 as we Carnt get our chameleons natural UVB outside as its never walm enough
