Was wondering if there is a magic way to prevent fruit flies from getting out of the cages when feeding them to your animals.

Also what is the easiest way to dust them?

Add a small piece of fruit to enclosure.

If you dust them, that will slow them down to. I put a small amount of calcium or multi vit. in bottom of a 32 oz. deli cup. Then shake in amount of FF's you want. Then do a little swirl in small circlular pattern and your set. If you noticed all the black dots headed for the exit at the top on the cup before the swirl, after you will see some powdered dots hanging out at the bottom, and not really climbing for the exit.
Now you should be able to just slide them out of the cup to areas you want to introduce them to.

Put some fruit in a small cup where the babies Chams have easy access to it. The flies will stay in the immediate are as it is a source of food and won't venture to far away.
If you put a stick in the cup, some of the flies will venture up the stick. This will spread out the fruit flies a bit and allow the cham easier access to the flies.
