How do I make my Dubia roaches move around more in the feeder dish so my cham will eat them during the day when I am not home?

try using an active feeder instead of dubia :)

A mealworm or super or terrestrial isopod moving around might irritate the dubia enough to shift it, but chances are the mealworm will be eaten first.
