Baby Panther Normal Behavior

Hi Everybody!
I picked up my 3 Month old ambilobe yesterday!! hes adorable. I'm curious to hear from everyone thoughts on first few days in a new place. Hes pretty intimidated by his new cage. Its 2x3 feet, regular mesh chameleon cage with great UVB and UVA light bulbs that make a 80 degree cage with 90 degree basking spots. Is he ok to not eat for a few days while he adjusts? should I still offer crickets and worms? ID love any advice experienced owners have with babies as this is my first!
Thank you :)

Congratulations! Offer him food, but it is normal if he doesn't eat right away. I would also avoid handling him for a while. When I got mine (also a panther at about 3 months), I started offering my hand to him after the third day of having him, and it took about 2 weeks until he felt comfortable climbing on to my hand. It can often times take longer than that. As long as he has lots of branches and leaves that give him cover he should be happy!

Yeah Im not going to handle him just yet I want to make sure hes comfortable with everything else before I introduce myself!! Cant wait to watch him grow :)
