Do you take care of a quad the same way as other mountain species. I have a jackson and he doesnt spend hardly any time under his basking lamp. He likes it wet and cool and will seek out the cooler and wettest spots in his cage.I put a lower watt bulb that only measured 80 degrees in the middle of a hot day and he still skirts it except for early mornings. At that time its only 76 degrees under there.
