i've noticed that my cham goes to sleep in the exact same spot every night its really cute is this common? same body position and everything do they pick a spot to sleep in?

mine does too. I think it is where they feel most safe in their cage when they are the most vulnerable-sleeping

Most chameleons have a sleeping branch. They usually go to sleep on the same branch. Its where they feel safe while sleeping.

Mine move around a bit, but it's a similar place each time (always on the cool side)

mines usually 1 of 2 places, in the long grass or on a leaf stem (sometimes upside down) but recently he's started sitting on a leaf at the very top of his enclosure??? is he cold? always on the cool side.
