best feeders for a maile veiled

i want to choose two feeders other than crix for my 4-5 month old veiled. what would be the best out of these? pheonix worms, , silkies, wax worms and hornworms. if you were to pick two what would they be? thanks

i picked silkworms and hornworms.
If you have a small chameleon,, phoenix worms beats all since they are by far the most nutritious feeder commercially available.
But, the adult chameleons tend to shy away from phoenix worms since it's too small for them.
