What is the best place the by a Panther cham?

I just got my first chameleon from Bruce at chameleonparadise, and while the chameleon hasn't actually arrived yet Bruce has been extremely helpful and responsive with all of my questions (I've asked a lot ) So I'd highly recommend checking his chameleons out.

honestly the best decision i made in my entire cham obsession, the man not only gave me my beautiful male panther, but he also is there literally at any time even incredibly late or early to answer questions or give me help.

And when you speak to him, you can hear him laugh and get excited about the chams and he sounds so enthusiastic that you can tell he has a passion and respect for the care of the animals.

I wouldn't look any further than him.

I will second getting from a small breeder on the forums or from the Kammers (chameleonsonly.com). But if it's cheap you want you might want to check out the chameleoncompany.com they are the lowest priced I know of.

With the exception of the Jackson's (pet store), all my chams have come from CF sponsors and I have been happy with those purchases and encounters - ChameleonsNW, LLL, FLChams, Tiki Tiki, Jarosek Park. I am sure there will be more. And for Torts, check Tortise Supply. I also do my feeders with sponsor members - Mulberry's has been great.
