My grandpa would tell me "the only time you need to worry is when he's black. Then he's dead."
Apparently that's not the case.

What do you think was the cause? Did something freak him out?

I also have a female veild which he saw during the cleaning process and he freaked out

Neat but theyd usually have to pretty mad to turn that black I remember the second time i got a chameleon, a male. He turned this black when i opened the bowl he was mailed in. Havnt the slightest idea why, not like i was playing "lets see if we play music by shaking the box"
