Chameleon Info:

Yellow Crested Jackson’s Chameleon, Female, No more than 6-7 mos. Been in my care for 6 mos.
• Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?
Handled rarely, maybe once a week remove from cage and take her outside for fresh air
• Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?
Banded crickets- gut loaded with carrots, collard greens, turnip greens, zucchini, squash, wheat germ, cricket quencher and complete cricket care
Dubai roaches-same as crickets Super worms- same as previous
• Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
Arcadia Earth Pro Ca- daily
Repashy Calcium Plus LoD – twice monthly
• Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
Drippers using distilled water or conditioned water, Mister used with warm water in morning and night, before lights off and lights on
• Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?
No parasite testing, fecal matter is white urate and a brown turd. Not very mucous like but more thick texture.
• History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.

• Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions?
Cage was purchased from DIYcages, 48x24x24, screen mesh
• Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
Arcadia 6% 39W 36” UVB, 12” 6500k T5, 18” 6500k T8, A basking light (used only when temp isn’t in good range)
• Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
Ambient Temp during the day is 75-80
Night temps vary, but usually 68-74
• Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
Humidity during the day 50 %-70%
Night Humidity 80 %- 90%

Shower curtain placed around enclosure during the night
• Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
Succulents, Pothos, Pitcher Plant, Corn plant, dracaena, schefflera, palm tree, gardenia
• Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?
Near window, ceiling fan, a small fan, a air purifier, and her mini air conditioner
• Location - Where are you geographically located? East Texas
