mine is as blue as nosy beMy Xanth also had a bit of blue blush here and there, especially around the head so his head was more teal. But to shell out $200-250 for a Jackson's, it better really be as blue as a Nosy be! It just sounds like he was trying to scam you, especially if they won't provide photos. That's a big red flag right there. I don't think him saying anything about glass enclosures is a bad sign of his husbandry, hundreds of thousands of people use glass very successfully, but just the fact that he's trying to sell something without photos is very sketchy.
I'm glad you're walking away from this sale!
From looking at the pictures from @ActionJackson, I think that blue coloring is normal if they are raised in natural sunlight, mine look very similarView attachment 213309
This guy is quite blue with a nice yellow stripe when he's not running from the camera.

I hear what you’re saying but if that tail ain’t blue then nothing is. My guy doesn’t even have a yellow stripe. Just a fat blue tailI know this is an old thread but in my 10 years of cham ownership I have never heard of a blue Jackson. I certainly would have done if it was a real thing as I adore Jackson's and a blue one would be wonderful.
