BREEDING HOPPERS

How will i know when my hoppers are ready to mate? They've had their final moult and look like young locusts now. I've more females than males, hopefully that's a good thing ?

When the egg pods are laid do i return the adults back to the main tank?

You'll likely notice them mating. I have observed mine mating many times, but I've yet to get eggs. Sigh. I'm sure something with my husbandry is off.

What species do you have? If you don't know, can you post a photo and your location?
