Broken Toes And Cuts!!!!!!:(

AAAHHHHHH today my jackson was playing on his cage door, when it was accidently shut squishing his foot!!! his right rear foot was in bad shape. he has cuts on the bottom of his foot that arent gushing blood but they are still fairly large. It def looks like he might of broken of if not all of the toes on that foot. but when i wiped it up a bit and put him back in his cage he was walking but being gentle with the injured foot. If anyone has any suggestions PLEASE let me know im just worried that it might get infected soo please help guys

Well until you can get him to a vet you can clean it in a water and betadine solution and try to wrap it up in a small bandage.

Yeah, Betadine works great. You can get it at almost any drug store. Apply it with a Q-tip. The main thing is to make sure it does not get infected. Getting an antibiotic from the vet is a good idea. Watch the foot for swelling.....

so i can get it at like rite-aid ok, i checked him today and he seems to be doing ok hes climbing on low branches and is awake and looks unstressed so far....ill try to get the betadine as soon as possible thanks alot i really appreciate the help
