Bsfl gutloading

Hey all,
I have read that the bran bsfl is shipped in is a gutload but I wasn’t sure if that was true so I wanted to ask more experienced people.

Hahaha! I love bsfl. I actually keep them in their bran substrate and throw in some sweet potato or carrots or something.

I move mine over to a larger container of soil/coir and feed them foods that aren’t quite so wet…carrot, squashes, apple, greens, etc plus I keep an area of their substrate ever so slightly moist.

Same with mine! I dropped a bit of strawberry in with them yesterday and I swear they devoured it within a few hours

"anything but grains". Grains +moist=grainmites. its why they are shipped in bran instead of oats.
