Bug burger or Superload

Hey everyone just curious to hear what some people here prefer for their feeder insects. I'm looking to choose between Rapashy Bug Burger or Superload on top of additional gutloading

FWIW, I'm using superload. When comparing the ingredients of the two, it 'spoke' to me louder (sorry to go all scientific analysis on you), though I love the 'bug burger' name. Looking forward to opinions from the more enlightened ones here.

Personally they are technically both suitable gutloads but I wouldn't use either because their balance of ingredients is very messed up. Brewer's Yeast should not be high up on the list and neither should be stabilized rice bran. I only use a tablespoon of brewer's yeast in my entire gutload when I make it because though it has some very good benefits, it also can easily have some very detrimental affects if too much of it is used. Also there are some weird ingredients in Superload that are unnecessary, but so is there in bug burger. I mean they are technically fine, and are better quality than many other commercial gutloads out there. But there are better choices available too.

Ok good to know. I'm looking for a commercial gutload to add to my gutload I do myself. I'd like to hear from other members on maybe what is considered the best commercial gutload then

I highly, highly recommend cricket crack (google it, you'll find a few places selling it). Top notch ingredients and I have used it with all my chams (10+ species, dozens of breedings) for years.

I use Cricut crack or bug Burger. But that's just easier for me because I'm feeling so many crickets at a time so I pre make it and freeze it. My banded crickets seem to like the bug Burger more and they don't die at all I never lose one

Cricket crack is generally ok for adding to gutload as long as you add tons of really fruits and veggies. However in my opinion cricket cracks ingredients are very limited. In my opinion if you use cricket crack you have to pair it with another dry gutload along with tons of good stuff for your wet gutload. I think most of the dry gutload that are made and sold (well known) are best paired with another.

I use cricket crack, Dino fuel, super load and big burger along with a gutload i make on the side..

I like this approach, of you are going to use commercial gutloads and not adjust them in your own way other than offering fruits and veggies, in my opinion you need at least two types of good and recommended commercial gutloads that way you can cover some bases the other might not have. I highly approve of 3 or more types of commercial dry gutloads. And then there's always making your own, then if you want adding one or two of them to it.
