i have used bug burger for hornworms and silk worms, but they dont seem to munch it as fast as the plain mullberry that is used for horns and silkies..although i use it mixed together (its hard to make a perfect consistancy) they still eat it all, just slower..not sure what the benifets would be as ive only been using it "mashed together" for about 6 months now..chams still love anything i give them..so i guess its a good sign, lol

The ingredients and nutrients are not the same. It depends on the ingredients in the hornworm food, but in general, bug burger has more nutrients that are beneficial for gutloading than a hornworm food would. Unless the hornworm food was specially formulated so that it could both successfully feed/grow the hornworms AND doubled as a very good gutload, bugburger is going to be the better gutload.
