Bug Burger

I would like to try this out for Milly's crickets. Anyone know a great place on prices? Also how much to buy and how long should it last?

I live in Southern Louisiana.

I really like the bug burger, I mix it with the dino-fuel and the crickets love it. I would get the 16oz bag, In its dry form it lasts a long time and once made it can be refrigerated if covered for over a week.

I use bug burger dry and the crickets seem to eat better for some reason. I also use water gel for the water source. I think I may try cricket crack when I run out of the bug burger though because I've heard good things about it

Cricket crack or DinoFuel are the best ways to go IMO. However, BB is not bad either. You can't go wrong with any of the three.

I'd recommend you buy the Bug Burger with the next time you buy some feeders. There are plenty of feeder companies out there that carry Repashy products in addition to feeders. Look into the company you currently deal with and see if they carry Repashy.

Hope this helps :)

Thank you very much for the idea !:)I normally get my crickets from Petco in town. I am currently waiting for my cricket eggs to hatch.Trying to breed my own because going to town (45min-1hr) each week gets costly in gas and the price for feeders. If my breeding plan doesn't work out, would you know a site in the US that sells both?

This blog from another member has online cricket retailers and how to keep large batches.

I used this info last week to obtain and house 1000 crickets pretty nicely and easily. I had other things to order from site sponsor LLL reptiles and got the 1000 crickets for 29.99 next-day shipped. Better than .12 each at Petsmart here! I ordered them a little small since I only have 1 chameleon and assume they will grow before he eats them all.
