Bug diets of those anti roach and minimal cricket

I wanted ask what are the typical insects that everyone keeps in a readily available rotation. My background on insects is I'm comfortable with all worms, and crickets, not much handling with other insects. Honestly I'm a bit squeamish around other insects but I know that chams need a varied diet. There are a few insects I won't bring in my house for fear of infestation if they escaped: roaches of any variety, and destructive insects termites for obvious reasons. And i'm mostly concerned with escapees. So I need an alternative that will enrich my chams life but not make me paranoid or squeamish. Tongs will be used :) Crickets are fine but I'd rather limit them due to smell and chirping. In my mind I was leaning towards silk worms, pheonix worms/reptile worms, terrestrial isopods as regular feeders with crickets sprinkled in. Those that don't feed roaches and/or crickets regularly can you give me your feeding schedule and tell me where you purchase them from online? Any mostly worm feeders out there?

I use Coastal Silkworms for silks and horns. I feed my cham every other day about 6 feeders, usually 4 or 5 silks and a few supers here and there. I mix in horns when I have them. Mine hates crickets, butI occasionally get them and shove them in his mouth when he is eating a worm. i also catch moths and feed those when I can catch them.

supers are a decent worm. butter worms are full of calcium silk worms are a mess so be prepaired.the pheonix worms went well and kept awhile he loved them but we had to take a break think he lost his taste for them.

Well I've only been keeping them a week but I made the container from the silkworms 101 thread and I find them extremely easy to care for.

With the Tupperware setup cleaning is super easy as well. I don't give them any extra heat either (my room temp is anywhere from 70-75) and haven't had any die off yet. Crickets...that's another story :)
