Bump on head

My cham has developed a bump on his head, just above his eye, it started off small but seems to be getting bigger, its quite shiny and a different colour from the rest of him, does any one know if this is normal or there is something wrong?

Please post some pictures...its hard to tell from just a description. If its only one bump (and there's no matching one on the other side) then its definitely not normal.

Kinyonga what is that creme people tell to apply to bumbs?
I forget the name, it wouldnt hurt trying some of that.
