Just copy, paste into a reply and give your information. Be as specific as possible. Names of light bulbs, names of supplements. "Fecal Description" means "what exactly does the poop look like" (the word "normal" is not sufficient). If you have trouble describing it, a picture would be helpful. Poop pictures are common here so don't worry about posting one.
Pictures of everything is really a good idea. To post pictures: Use the POST REPLY button (not the convenient quick reply box). There you will have an icon that looks like a paperclip. Click that and follow the prompts to find the pictures on your computer. They will appear in your post as thumbnails. You won't see them in your post until you hit POST....
