Cage Build/ Set up

So. with 4 chams, i felt the need to build my adult cages for kink, lily, and glacier.
Im not done with it, I still need to add trim to hide the screen edge, and stain and polyurethane it, to get it water proofed. but its a start

Supplies
9 1inx2inx10in pine boards ($25.00)
poly spray ($8.00)
Screen- Aluminum, 48inx25ft ($27.00)
nail gun
2.5 in nails for gun
hammer
3 in finishing nails
radial saw
measuring tape
staple gun and staples

gr8job! looks really good :) betcha excited about getting it finshed and haveing the mistking in action ^^!
 
Im super excited to get it finished and waterproofed so i can set up the mistking. god will make life so easy.

once i get the mistking up, all i have to do is feed them..

and the shop is pretty awesome. i swear it has every tool known to man in it. and if its not owned... it will be soon. ;)

its a two care garage built for the tools, and fishing gear, camping gera, boating gear, dart playing, etc.
 
Sounds like a man's playground lol

Also pretty awesome looking cage. Just out of curiosity how long did it take to make it?

it is very much the mans playground. only thing not in it is a toilet.. but since it isin a yard.... ;)

and to build the frame it took about 4-5 hours.

it would have taken less, but we had a few set backs, had to add bracing, some nails kept coming loose, so had to hammer new longer ones in. measured a board wrong, broke one board trying to staple the screen on.

Sooooo ... we have Thomas take his dad to dinner and a double feature movie ( tell him it's " Father/Son Day " in MD ) . Then , while they're gone , we build my cage . Have Thomas text us when the second movie is over ... if we're not done , then it's triple feature day .

we were gonna build two cages right. but his mom doesnt know i have more than one cham, so we decided we would build one, then the last week o fmarch they are out o ftown... soo hes ognna go over and build it then! haha
