Whats the best way to get my weebo out of the cage! he don't like sticks by the way lol do I just grab him?

No! That will teach him that you are a threat. What happens if you try steering him toward a perch with your other hand? You want to coax him to climb onto the stick you are holding (or your other hand) and let him climb on to it himself. If he really refuses to come out, maybe he's best left alone.
