I have been trying to find the perfect habitat for my veiled chameleon, came up with an idea of using a Curio cabinet( a piece of furniture that is all glass) made out of oak or pine, most peolpe put figures in it, beakable items) I was going to take all the glass out and screen it. they are about 72 inch tall and anywhere from 24in wide or bigger, the depth is 14 in to 24inches depends on the size) Is the length more inportant than the depth. anyone have any thoughts. thanks

I think it would be pretty, but pricey. They are not that cheap. you could build one from scratch for much cheaper- especially since you are taking out the expensive part- the glass.

Quite a few here have built their own and could give you better ideas than me.
I bought my screen cage. If or when it decides to crumble I will definitely build one. Good Luck:)
