Calcifer got his first Vet Visit yesterday and he was sent home with a clean bill of health! He is from Petco so I wanted to make sure he didn't have any crazy stuff rocking. I didn't know the horror stories about Petco until I joined this Forum but I had all ready purchased him by then so, oh well. I am happy I did and he has a healthy home now. But Petco will not get anymore support from me! Period!
So Calcifer had a "very" small amount of slight dehydration only bc the vet noticed that the side of his lower lip protrudes out a little bit and its not normal, so its either a birth defect or the lack of care from Petco, who knows. I posted a picture below of what his lip looks like. So he needs more hydration then normal bc he loses it to fast bc of his lip but its nothing extreme or life threating. Other then that he is really healthy! Super strong grip, great legs and arms with no double joints or rubber looking limbs.
Wanted to share his vet visit with everyone~!
(I hope that I posted this in the proper category!)
