My sister is sick with the flu and she wants to hold my 4 month old veiled chameleon... If she holds her , will the chameleon get sick?
Can a sick person hold my chameleon?

The chameleon should not get sick. Most common human illnesses are not transferable to other animals (especially mammal to reptile). However, I recommend your sister wash her hands after handling your cham since her lowered immune system might make her a little more susceptible to any bacteria your cham might have on it's skin. This is something I do in general as good practice although chameleons don't typically carry anything dangerous to humans.
