can anybody point me in the right direction for awnsers about lighting for baby panth

I have posted twice about my questions but haven't got any responses.so I was wondering if y'all could point me in the right direction to find out if coil uvb bulbs are ok for baby panthers or should I stick with a tube style uvb

it is believed that the tube style is better for babies as it isnt as concentrated in one spot, it spreads out the uvb. i would go with a 5.0 tube for babies
