Can chams eat all moths?

I don't know the different kinds of moths but I see a lot, could I just catch them and put them in my chams cage or do I need to identify them? How about spiders?

there area a few moths that are poisonous so you really need to do your home work. most are OK to feed. as with most insects watch out for brightly colored ones and check what kinds of moths are in your area.:)

spider are also one of those that you need to do your home work on too. Daddy long leg spiders are OK. as I have been feeding them to my gecko and chams when I can find them.

some of the keepers here will advise against these type of feeders. My chams have been doing OK so far and tends to add some variety to their diet.;)
