That’s several people now that have commented on Carly’s athletic build. Perhaps it’s time for @Fchamel to share some diet tips?

@bhollowell @Kaizen Sure! So, I feed her 3-5 feeders every other day. The feeders consist of crickets,superworms, BSFL, dubia roaches. I Don't feed all of these in one day. I rotate what I feed.
Something I can recommend is making a schedule, and typing up when to feed, and what supplements to give.
