Female carpets are so amazingly pretty! I would love some of these one day! For now though I am happy to look at the pics you post! Thanks for sharing!:D
 
I want carpets SO BAD!! They're so adorable and absolutely stunning, not to mention they totally remind me of Mary Poppins' carpet bag :D I'm assuming they cannot be housed together though, correct?
 
Carpets do need to be kept separately ;)

They are reptariums. They have auto misters and the rear and sides are covered by shower curtain liners to contain the water (not for humidity specifically). They don't need higher humidity than a panther.

Nope, Carpets are Furcifer lateralis, Furcifer minor are sometimes called the "lesser chameleon" although its quite rare to hear them called this. Same Genus different species.
 
wow! Those are some amazing markings and colors! I love the fact too that you don't see them very often, so it makes them extra special!!! :rolleyes:
