Cham not eating

My 2 year old male Panter won't eat I've tried everything he hasn't eaten in close to a month the only thing he shows interest in is horn worms but obviously I don't want to feed him only horn worms idk what to do.
I figured he'd eat once he gets hungry enough but he's losing weight

Also I've looked into taking him to a vet but the closest one is really far and I can't spend that money right now

Can you share some pics of him right now? Have you done a full husbandry form before? If not I can post the info here.

No I have not done a full list what info do you need exactly?
Here you go! Just fill in with as much detail the answers to each of these questions so we can see the holistic picture of his care. More pics from different angles will help too. 👍

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care?
Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?
Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?
History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions?
Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?
Location - Where are you geographically located?

Current Problem - The current problem you are concerned about.

Please Note:
The more details you provide the better and more accurate help you will receive.
Photos can be very helpful.

Male panther about 2years old he's been with me since he was 6 months old. Used to handle him about twice a week but that's gone down to about once a week. He's not eating. But I used to feed him roaches super worms and crickets about 2-5 roaches depending on size 5 crickets and a couple worms. For gut loading I made a jello that has kale papaya dandelion leaves collard greens apples oranges and a few more things people said to put in I don't remember I made it like a year ago. And I dust them with the basic rapashy calcium someone told me to get.
I made my own mister that goes off for about 7 seconds 5 times a day. He hasn't pooped in about a month bc of him not eating and has never been tested for parasites. For lighting I use a mercury vapour lamp uv output someone I know has chams and he said to use this. 84°F under the light and around 75 in the rest of the enclosure goes down to around 65-70 at night. Humidity is around 70% right now and I have a few plants not sure the name but I checked to see if they were safe.
It's the basic big mesh cage 4' tall idk the rest of the dimensions the top is around 6' no fans and I live in indiana so very inconsistent weather it's like 30°F right now

I've never taken him to a vet but idk about the breeder I got him from she said she had him checked

Thank you for your quick replies! Couple follow up questions. Can you take a pic of your supplements? So for lighting you have a mercury vapor light? Is that for heat? What about a linear UVB bulb?

Can you share more pics of him, his legs, the side of him, his eyes?

I'm looping in @MissSkittles who has more experience with husbandry reviews than me and has panthers.

He's sleeping right now. The light I use for uvb and heat

He's asleep in the very back so I can't get a picture without disturbing him but here's some picture's I took recently

He has a few spots that I believe are cricket bites. A few months ago I woke up and he had like 4 crickets on him so I guess the got out of the feeder

There’s a couple of things that I think should be changed.
Hasn’t it gotten a bit old? Even in the freezer it can’t stay all that long. Try using a fresh gutload. And I dust them with the basic rapashy calcium someone told me to get. This may be your problem. He’s getting an overload of vitamins & minerals. You should be using a phosphorus free calcium without D3 at every feeding. If you wish to keep using the calcium plus, you’d use that to dust only one feeding every other week. Some of the vitamins (D3 & A) are fat soluble and not easily excreted so can build up to toxic levels.
I made my own mister that goes off for about 7 seconds 5 times a day. It would be much better to mist for at least 2 minutes, 2-3 times a day. Usually right before lights on and right before lights off and you can add a mid day session if you like. He hasn't pooped in about a month bc of him not eating and has never been tested for parasites. Neither is good. For lighting I use a mercury vapour lamp uv output someone I know has chams and he said to use this. Ok, but I’m order to properly use a mercury vapor light, one needs to have a solarmeter to find the sweet UV index spot. This is why the T5HO fixture with either a ReptiSun 5.0 or Arcadia 6% is the standard. It’s pretty reliable that a distance of 8-9” gives off the ideal UV index of around 3.0. Mercury vapor bulbs vary and solarmeters are around $250. 84°F under the light and around 75 in the rest of the enclosure goes down to around 65-70 at night. Humidity is around 70% right now and I have a few plants not sure the name but I checked to see if they were safe. These are all ok. Your humidity should be a tad lower, but if you decrease your misting frequency and give the enclosure time to dry out in between, that should bring your humidity down.

So while I’m no where near to being a vet and my knowledge and experience is limited, I’m thinking your guy has just gotten an overload of vitamins and isn’t feeling so great from that. Combined with unknown UVB levels, it’s not helping him any. I do think a vet visit and a fecal check for parasites is a good idea to rule out fecal impaction, parasites, organ problems as well as whatever else. However, if you are currently lacking the ability to do that, I would say if all he will eat is hornworms, give him hornworms. They will offer a little nutrition, but most importantly they will offer hydration which will help him to eliminate his poo as well as some of those excess vitamins. Do get the plain calcium without D3 and stop using the calcium plus for now. Also get a good T5 uvb light. Both ReptiSun and Arcadia are around the same price and usually come with a bulb.

What calcium should I get?
