What time do you all turn the lights out for your chams?

My lights run 7am-7pm and then when they go out I have a dark grey sheet to cover the front to block tv and other lights in the house. It’s really the only time that works with my schedule in the morning. I feed her right before I go to work.

I do 7am to 745 pm. I used to do 7-7 but sometimes my guy was still patrolling at 7 when his lights went out so we give him a little more time now. Sometimes he goes to bed early, sometimes he goes after His lights go out. One thing I may try is staggering their light sources on and off so it’s like a sunrise and sunset thing instead of lights on lights off. Only one I currently turn on and off manually is the basking for heat when not needed or needed.
