Chameleon Color

Hi all, my 3 month old male panther chameleon's colors are pretty dull, even when it is relaxed or sleeping. I know for sure it is not stressed so it is a darker color, I was just wondering if it was normal if a 3 month old male panther chameleon has little to know color besides black, brown, grey, white, and hints of green. When will I start seeing more color?

Colors come with age, in my opinion coolest part is watching them grow into it. Probably closer to 4-6 months after shedding.

He is still a baby, so he will gain color as he matures.
