So my panther chameleon has been having this eye problem recently and I know there is already threads concerning this but I haven't seen quite the same thing. We've seen a vet and currently treating for an eye infection. I guess I just want to consult with this forum on whether you agree and also how severe do you think this is. I'm really worried that he's going to go permanency blind and if there's anything else I can do to help facilitate recovery.

Hi. Welcome to the forums.

sry I can’t be much help with the eye. It does appear to be an infection and the vet would know best since they examined him in person.

what are you using to treat the infection? Eye drops or antibiotics?

it appears he may also have something going on inside his mouth. His lip looks kinda curled and appears to be something there.

It's a good idea to have your husbandry reviewed, if a vet has diagnosed and prescribed meds just follow the instructions. If your not satisfied with the visit or possibly think he was misdiagnosed get him to another, more experienced vet.

Treating the eye with an antibiotic eye drop so kind of both. Also the lip was actually another recent vet trip 😅. It was just a little cut he got we've been applying just another like antibitoic thing to it to help with infection there as well.
