Chameleon Sanctuary

Howdy,

Here's the Chameleon rescue organization that I have taken many Veileds, Panthers, Jackson's etc. to in order to help other keepers, breeders and stores. Elisa does a really good job of rehabbing and placing chameleons after they have be nursed back to health. It's out here in SoCal. I took a ~1yr-old Nosy Be Panther out to her just last Saturday night. It was a turn-back at a local store after the family realized that chameleons weren't for them. It was in pretty bad shape with an eye infection etc. It'll be seeing a Vet right away.

It's a very simple operation. Happens all the time, what with so many female veields becoming eggbound due to improper husbandry and or overfeeding. The only way to save their lives is to open them up. Most of the time, they go ahead and remove the oviducts.
