Chameleon-sitters?

HELLO!
After posting about traveling with my chameleon, I realized that I will be flying during my christmas break. I do not trust any of my friends to take care of Herbie while I am gone for New Years. I was wondering if anyone in the Asheville, NC, Nashville, TN, or Little Rock, AR area would be interested in taking care of him for a week to a couple of weeks. If you are interested please let me know so we could figure out details. I will definitely pay you for helping me out.

Herbie, hopefully you will find someone. If not, consider contacting the vets in the area and see what they would charge to board him for you. Even a vet that doesn't specialize in reptiles would have the ability to monitor water intake, properly gutload and feed off crickets.

A few of my local reptile stores offer sitting starting @ $5 a day, you take your setup there... If I only had 1 chameleon and not a room full then that would be the lowest stress option for me

Not everyone goes on this forums daily or even weekly so the NC members might not see your thread. I would recommend using the search button at the top of the home page and searching NC towns close to you and sending a PM to members close to you to see if they could cham sit or if they know anyone that can.
