Is it true that chamelons(panthers) can be like people some smaller then others? Could a 10 month old female be 4-6 inches long and as small as small as a 4 month old?

Between the two genders, yes. My nosy mitsio pair is like that. My 9 month old female is as big as my 4-5 month old male.

How many inches from snout to vent would you say she is?

About 5"-6"'. I never actually measured them. Also they're usually curled up in their branch. If she's on the screen (that's when they're usually in a straight line), I'll try to measure them.
