Warning: A show-off post follows…

In all seriousness, I thought I’d share some pics/ideas for all the outdoor keepers. Outdoor chameleon enclosures don’t just have to be cages; they can become part of the landscape. Large enclosures, heavily planted, can be used to section off private sitting areas, and thoughtful plant selections can deliver a season of blooms. Indeed, you can even play around with fragrances so that the surrounding enclosures provide faint hints of lilac, summer sweet, and wisteria to a sitting area. It’s just an intuition, but by blending the landscape of the enclosures with that of the surrounding area, you add a wild ambience that both you and your reptiles can enjoy. Get creative: the sky’s the limit, enthusiasts!

Now I really want to come live in your backyard! 😂 🥰
I was so excited when I was moving to Florida from Massachusetts…all the beautiful tropical plants I could grow and the amazing garden oasis I could create in my backyard. My luck to buy a house that has completely dead and irredeemable soil. 🤷‍♀️

Never say irredeemable! Unless it’s been salted, there’s always a way to improve it.

Your enclosures remind me of some of the enclosures from the CIN days of the 1990's. I wish there were more keepers who had the larger outdoor oversized enclosure similar to the ones pictures above. They are just a great way to keep chameleons. Looking at these pictures is almost as though I am flipping through a CIN journal. Not bad at all. Epic.

Best Regards
