I have Ruby's sisters :)

Hi there!

Do you know Ruby's hatch date? I bought two girls sired by Hyperion from Jim at The Chameleon Company in September. They are gorgeous, just like your Ruby is. Was wondering if mine are from the same clutch. I got mine to breed with Lycoris who is pictured below:

My two Hyperion girls are total pigs. They eat an amazing amount of crickets each day. Very feisty too. I don't handle them. They won't hesitate to bite and hang on with their teeth. Let us know when she lays her eggs :)

We got her early october, she was a few weeks away from being able to breed. could be sisters. Wow, Lycoris is beautiful. i mean handsome. She does eat like a pig but is super friendly, loves to be held and will just sit on your head for hours LOL.

Friendly Ruby

That's so funny how friendly your Ruby is......Did she turn pink at all? I just looked at my records. My two girls were hatched in July. I got them when they were just 2 1/2 months old. They are adult size now at 4 1/2 months old but not close to being ready to breed. They are in the "long and lanky" stage. They need to put on some more weight to catch up from their rapid growth spurt. Yours must be from an older clutch. I would imagine Jim breeds Hyperion to several different females. Good luck with your breeding project. It's a killer that we have to wait so long to see how what hatches out from your pairing!

thank you very much, yea ruby was older when we got her, Hyperion's bloodline is amazing. i cant wait to see offspring from Lycoris and your girls.

Ok we bred our female on November 11th it was a weird moment. So they start to breed, they are done we take the female out, we wait a month or so turns out she was never pregnat. So we put her back in with the male they do there thing made sure that they did it a couple of times until they couldn't look at each other any more. Turns out she got pregnat and now today she's letting some eggs slip, so every now and then i see a egg on the top of the soil. She is so big. I do see that she is starting to dig. Well, got everything ready for the eggs and hopefully tonight I have my clutch of red body blue bar eggs. :)

Where can I get a panther that looks like that Catherine! That is amazing! I've really been wanting a bluebar/red body, but that is just dang incredible. I need to come photograph your collection sometime!

Lycoris..............

Thanks, Royden! Lycoris is beautiful. I have two clutches of "red" bar Ambilobes growing up right now. They are between one and two months old right now. Some of them are showing blue bars and red body instead of typical red barring. This means they have the potential to look like Lycoris. It will become more obvious in two more months. Both clutches are from different wild caught parents and unrelated to anything else out there. I bought both clutches from Pam (Pam's Chams) in December. I will be selling some of them in about two months. Unrelated pairs will be available since I have two unrelated clutches. They are very robust babies.

My husband and I are doing a bunch of things to our house and yard right now to get it ready for sale this spring. When we get that done I want to have area cham lovers over for a get-together. Also, I just started work on my own website for my collection. I've had a domain name for years that I pay for, but have never used. I'm doing all the design work from scratch myself, so it's going to take awhile. It will have pictures of my entire collection posted. I will be launching the site this spring as well :) You are so good with your camera that you should have more pictures posted than you do. What you can do with the lower jaw of a Veiled (like your Avatar) is amazing.......You need to do more of that :)

Congrats :)

Sorry Cameochams...........I forgot to say congratulations too! Bad, bad, bad Catherine :( That's a good clutch size. Not too draining on her. She may put out a second clutch. Hope your girl is recovering well. Extra treats for her :)

Thanks Catherine. Yeah she is getting spoiled with treats. I think since its her first clutch she had a small amount of eggs. I'm sure her next one will probably be a little bit more. I can't wait to see when these guys hatch. LOL i already have a waiting list for these babies. :)
