Chazam went ballistic...

Today was the 1st day that I've taken Chazam out of his huge enclosure. He. Was. Not. A. Happy. Camper. (Please ignore the golf glove, I was scared!) :D

He looks like he accepted the fact a little better at the end! Probably smart of you to wear a glove... He is getting so big!
 
Ha! I went in bare handed and after a couple of SERIOUS lunges, I quickly retreated and found the 1st available glove to get him out! It's really difficult to get an unwilling cham out of a 72x50x30 cage. A fact that was not considered before hand... :eek:

Anywho, he did calm down after a couple of minutes so I removed the glove! Do you think he's getting bigger?? I guess because he's in that huge cage, I can't really tell...:)
 
Been watching you post pictures of this lil one (big one now) and I have to say he is the most unique looking Cham to me on this site. IMO at least. I think I'm getting a lil crush on chazam. Always watching out for pics of him. Cool to watch him grow so fast!! He is looking handsome as always

That's very nice of you to say! Thank you! :) He prolly has grown a lot, but that enclosure swallows him up! :D I'm sure that he has grown just a lil bit...:cool:

You very welcome. He has really grown a lot! Love the third pic down on this last set. Looks like his "I didn't do it face"
 
He looks like someone took a blow torch to his back. I have never seen black like that on a veiled. Interesting.

Better safe than sorry! Dude was not having any of it and was seriously saying "come at me, brah"! He was lunging almost at the length of his body! :eek: I couldn't find my work gloves, so the golf glove had to do...;)
 
WOW! that's a cool cham. I have 3 baby verrucosus I'm growing. They are tiny now. I guess that's what I have to look forward to.

Oh yeah?? Where did you acquire the baby verru's? I picked up Chazam at approx 4-5 mos old from a vendor at Repticon Houston. Good luck with them!!
 
Hey Max,,,, I have to say it probably was that big hairy knee, elbow, knuckle,,, I don't exactly know what, in the 3rd pic down, that frightened him!!!!!!!! Lol!!!!
Seriously though,,, has he not been removed from it since going into it? Lisa

Nope, he has not been out since he went in. I was letting him settle in and adjust to his new forest kingdom...:)

I hatched them from 14 month eggs. I didn't think they were going to make it.
