chewing on vines

I've noticed my guy like chewing on these vines there the exo terra jungle vines I first noticed it after I but a horn worm on it then ever since he chews on it every now and then and I have to like spray him with a little water for him to stop just now he got a little piece off and swallowed it I'm a bit worried bout it anybody seen anything like this

i believe this is common in young chams but not in adults.im not sure why they do it tho.

personally i would remove it.you dont want it causing an impaction.

It seems to be normal for the little ones to do that. Slinky does it too.
It must have something to do with their teeth !?

My 5 month old does this as well - he gnaws on the stump ends of his Schefflera plant where it's been pruned.

Teething maby I would suggest putting some real greensbon there to chew on and take out the plastic ones

My little guy is only two months, and although i havn't caught him doing this i suspected evidence of it. Same type of vine the exo terra jungle.
