i have read that these are a pretty easy moth to breed and i am wondering if the larvae are safe to feed off as a treat

it would be cheaper to feed than a horn worm because they eat oak leaves

p.s. if there any nutritional info on it that would be great to know

chinese silk moths are the normal silkworm you can buy offline, polphemus moths are called the american silkmoth, along with alot of other "silk" moths, being that the larvae eat various non-toxic plants they are not poisonous but I would be weary because of the little hairs, they may irritate your cham, if your a risk taker I would feel the hairs myself and if they dont irritate your skin Id feed it to my cham, because hornworms also have minute little hairs on them, the moths would be great as a treat IMO
