You lucky thing, I really want a solar meter, why is it that the one we need is the most expensive of the lot great photo too did you find that the readings were pretty much how you would want them ? I'm putting it on next a years list I think.

It's amazing how much the screen filters out. There's really no uvb past 6 inches down but basking areas are in the 50s. If I point it directly at the light it's 250. I use 12% HO arcadia bulbs too and they're barely 2 months old.

I really like the MegaRays. They put out allot of UVB. I wouldn't use them on a cage but they work great for free ranges.
