Cleaning cage

I bought my female jackson's a little older than most of them that pets mart sells. She is about 9 10 months old, i am guessing. She has never liked being handled so i dont handle her. Therefore, this makes cleaning the cage stressful for the both of us. When i finally got her to grab on to me i carried her to a palm tree that i had set out side so she could get some natural light and air while i did the cleaning.
Is there any tips and tricks on taking her out of the cage without stressing her like i did this time?

you have to jus keep trying to handle her...the more and more you handle her the less stressful it will eventually be forboth of you guys....instead of trying to grab her out kind of try to coax her on to your hand...but it will take some time

i use a branch or vine to get her out. I put my hand on one side of the cage so she moves away from there... n put the branch on the other side.. eventually she'll walk onto that, then i just carry her to her free range spot while i clean her cage out.

I have the screen cages that have the white plastic bottoms. I have lots of branches in each cage, so I don't have to remove Chameleons during cleaning. I just pulled the bottom out and clean/disinfect. Pull out the plants and hose down/wash and I'm good to go for a few days. Many a weekend is spent cleaning cages all weekend long. Sometime I barely make it as the sun go's down on Sunday. ( does this sound familiar to anyone else? :()
