Cleaning

Well I speak for myself but I wipe the floor of the enclosure with some sheets of kitchen towel...

With the amounts of water that gets sprayed trough the enclosure by my misting system there is not a lot that needs cleaning other than the floor and maybe the base of the plants.

Remkon-

Do you ever do a take apart cleaning? I have had Stuart for about a week....I clean the drain pan almost daily and pick up his poop when I see it. Luckily it is always on the floor so far. I am wondering when it will be time to do a full on pain in the a$$ take everything out scrub everything down cleaning. Seems like some people on this forum do it about monthly and others not at all....just wanting anyone's take to see what is done and works for others.
Thanks!

I do a full scrub down once a month

I haven't done a big cleaning yet but my jacksonii has moved a few times to newly decorated enclosure and my panther I only have a few weeks...

My jacksonii doesn't make a big mess so I think I'll just clean all branches thoroughly every 3 months and doing daily upkeep like cleaning dead feeders and leaves...

My panther will be a different story, he eats a lot and poops bigger so I'll probably do him ever other month.

Easiest way for me would be to take out the plants and put cage and wood in the shower for a good scrubbing.

I'm not sure yet, I mist 15minutes a day, I don't see a lot of dirt build up on wood and branches because of that.
