Clusia plant abody know if there ok? Pritty common house plant but no info on safe for r chameleons?

I love Clusia, but I don't keep them with my chameleons. They produce a sap that is toxic. People claim that there is no danger to dogs and other mammals that come into contact/ingestion with the plant, but I know that it is extremely toxic to birds. I just don't like to risk it.
