I am planning on purchasing an ambilobe male, and I plan on making a huge corner viv for him in the near future.
I want to make his enclosure as colorful as possible. can you guys (and girls) think of any colorful plants that will work in the enclosure? keep in mind that the health of the cham is my main interest. so these plants will have to either be highly adaptable, or have the same requrements as the chameleon.
I will more than likely be using Monstera deliciosa, and i may use one of the more decorative varieties of pothos, and i am also considering using an example of the Codieaum species (croton) . i am aware that crotons are considered toxic, but so are pothos and some ficus species. does anyone here have any experience using crotons in a viv?
any intelligent input is welcome
-Nate
p.s viv is 5 and a half feet tall by almost 5 feet wide and 3 feet deep
p.p.s. what is the best species of hibiscus to use?
