coloring question

From everything I've seen & read so far, it seems as if chams come into their colors by about 5-7months... My cham is about 10 months old, and he's barely showing color... tho I think part of it is his insecurity in his new home... but even before then, he wasn't very bright... do some chams just come into their colors late?

he's a 10-month old blue bar ambilobe. He's got great colors when he's sleeping, he's just really dark when awake, dark green, dark red, black... haha, throw some yellow in there & he's a Jamaican chameleon!

full coloration is 15 months on pathers. he should have some tho.

Late bloomer.........however, with subsequence shedding...you should be able to see his true coloration....be patient!!
