constipation?

Hey guys, I think I could use a little help here.
I have a 15 months old female veiled, and we've been dealing with constipation for quite a time now. I've taken her to the vet as soon as I realised that she has a problem.
First, the problem was that her poop was too mushy, quite a bit of undigested stuff in it.I took a sample to the vet, they checked it for parasites and bacteria but both came back negative. They said there was something stuck in her so she got enema (I think that's the word for it), quite a few times. After the second one (or third I'm not sure) she made the hugest poop, and after that her poops looked nice as before. But she still wasn't pooping every other day, there were times when she went 5-6 days without pooping. So I took her to the vet, they said that there was still something stuck so she got another enema. And then a few more throughout a period of two weeks. The last one was on Thursday, the last poop was Thursday morning, before the vet visit. I took her back on Friday, as they told me to. They said that it probably isn't stuck, maybe they felt something else, since she didn't have any problems with eating, seemed to be in a good mood, proper drinking, everything. So they said that they wouldn't give her any more "shots", and just let nature do its thing.
But it's Sunday now and there's still no poop. (since Thursday!)

So my question is, is there anything I can do to help her get it out, or should I just wait until she feels like doing it?

About my husbandry:
Enclosure: big live plants (yukka and schefflera), lots of branches to climb
Lighting: two heat lamps (it's quite cold here so she needs both) and a UVB (changes about a month or two ago)
Feeding: crickets, locusts, occasionally waxworms (basically that's all I can get where I live, unfortunately there are no hornworms here. I gutload the crickets and locusts)
Drinking: I mist 2-3 times a day, have a dripper and I give her water from a syringe every day since she doesn't seem to drink from the leaves
Dusting: I dust with plain calcium every feeding, and a multivitamin twice a month.

Let me know if I missed something, and thanks for your help in advance!

hey sorry to hear ur baby is suffering but she not suffering alone, my 10 month old pantha suffers bad with constipation too 1st poop on 26th in 3 weeks :-(, now waiting patiantly again!!
I'll look forward to hearing reponses regarding ur post as maybe I could pick up some advise given to you aswell!!

however what do u gutload ur insects with?? as someone here told me to gutload with orange segments with vitamins coated as it hydrates the I sects to which could be possibly a problem in movements! I also read that cod-liver-oil helps ( I'm yet to use this stratagy )

hope u get some constructive advise, good luck with the pooping x

Have you tried misting her more and giving her showers that may help
Yeah I mist her as much as I can and I also added a bigger dripper so it goes for a longer time...
Showers don't work with her, she hates it, but she doesn't seem to be dehydrated and also drinks properly from the syringe. I do mist her, though. I mean I mist HER, not only the cage (sorry for the caps, that's not supposed to be harsh just so you get what I mean)

Hey! I'm sorry to hear about your buddy, I hope he gets better!

I gutload mostly with Apple or carrots or some greens (no idea on English name but I check them before I give them to the crickets). I personally don't really feel like trusting those artificial orange cubes (I know it's made specifically for gutloading but still...), however I do give an occasional bite of apple to my girl (she loves them...) or a few drops of tangerine juice, which was recommended by the vet.
She hasn't pooped for almost a week now and I'm so worried I'll have to take her to the vet again. I was so happy that they said she was okay

Oh and about the oil, idk, I'm not really for giving such things that weren't advised by the vet. I don't eat tgat myself either so I have no personal experience on their effects. Thanks for the idea though, I really appreciate it!

What about prunes? They make every other animal go. I would think they would be safe but i'm not sure.
I was thinking about that too, but I don't know if it's safe or not
So if anyone knows about it, any info would be greatly appreciated!!

My guy has the same undiagnosed problem. He is only pooping once a month right now! His last poop was over two weeks ago...I was told to use a singular drop of mineral oil to help my guy go, but also not to do it too often. That helped the one time I tried it. I hope your cham does better!

I really like this site because it gives us so much info , some good and some bad for my experience thus far , I read plenty of post just to get info ,,, thanks everyone

Thanks for the info! Do you know what kind of oil it was exactly?
I wish the best for your cham!

What is the basking temperature in your cage?
How much do you feed her in a week?
Unfortunately my thermometer is broken but last time it was 20 lowest and 25-27 highest (degrees in Celsius!). She does spend most of her time on the top basking so I'm thinking she'd probably prefer a higher but I just can't get it up higher with this winter.
I feed her 3-4 crickets daily with the occasional waxworm. I was told by the vet not to give locusts until she gets back to normal and that waxworms should do good bc they're softer for her digestive system. She ears like a beast though, as always.

Is it possible that she slows down her metabolism bc of the winter so much that she only poops once a week? Because then I should probably cut back on food, his seems too much for me for one poop. I mean a whole week of this food.
Thanks!

Cooler temperatures slow down digestion so the pooping would slow down too...but I would think she would slow her eating if that was happening.

She made the biggest poop today, fortunately.

Do you think I should give her a bit less food for a few days to check if she's back to normal or should I just keep on with the same amount?
