Cool vs warm mist humidifier

I have a cool mist humidifier running all day and night but the humidity levels here in Colorado are so bad (if you want dry skin year around then move here lol)

Anyway I've been looking at adding another one but can't seem to figure out if I want a cool or warm mist humidifier. Anyone here use a warm mist humidifier? If so what are pros and cons ?

I honestly think a warm mist humidifier would be better do to the fact that cold humidity is completely different then warm humidity and chameleons definitely like it hot and humid.

So I started out with a warm humidifier and no matter where I moved it it was so darn hot it would kill the plants so I figured it would only be a matter of time b4 it steam cooked my cham (just my experience tho) maybe a different one would be less intense

If you are just looking to raise the humidity in the whole room I'd recommend the warm mist.. If it's going directly into the cages ultrasonic or cool mist are your best options.

Just mist the whole cham room ,it will raise the humidity over all ,as long ur cham is drinking properly, that will be the main goal, and mist more during their shedding period thats when they need the humidity most.

cool mist because you can also use it to drop temperature a bit on a hot day/night...

My Chameleon room only has Calumma in it. At night my temps drop in the low 60s and during the day it gets up around 70-72. I want the warm mist humidifier for the nice warm humid breeze.

Cool mist, just remember to keep all the components disinfected every 2 weeks

Already on it

I need to raise the humidity. The cool mist humidifier I have running 24/7 barely does anything.

I can't just mist the whole room. I have carpet lol

Humidifier should have a nuzzle settings, try adjust them accordingly,I like the HONEYWELL or the Hunter brand very reliable and my nose are very happy.
