I have been using if for a couple years and it is great! I even used it for my roaches and they loved it also. It has all the stuff in it that makes a good gutload and it is cheap enough to use religiously. I still toss into my cricket bin a veggie or two if I have something that has been hanging around my fridge for awhile, but Cricket Crack is their main food.
